“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald
Today was the first day it really felt like Fall to me. I rolled my windows down to feel the crisp clean air and felt a surprising calm about the changing of the seasons. Sometimes I forget how much I like Fall — I’m always so busy obsessing over Summer. Then I listened to the new Taylor Swift album — I know, I know, a lot of people hate on her — and a couple of the songs made me cry. So much for inner peace.
This leather dress was originally for a cocktail party {a birthday celebration for my girl LDL!}, but the outfit photos didn’t QUITE turn out that night. I love the pleats, and I’m really happy I was able to transition it to a more daytime kind of look. Nothing says cozy like a sweater, right? Plus a little tribal print for a dose of boho. Bam. Done.
