I read an interesting article today about gratitude, and how it actually makes your life less stressful. Since everyone could use a little less stress, I thought I would give it a shot and see what happens.

Commit to a schedule.
check. well, i kind of blog almost every day, anyway. {though not lately…hate to admit that i’m uninspired}
Keep writing.

So…now…3 things i feel grateful for today:
daylight savings and fall…in general

wonderful boyfriend
 all of my lovely, talented siblings who keep me laughing & on my toes.
and you know what? I do feel happier after this post. smile.
