Dressing Down

This dress is inherently polished and ladylike — I think it’s something about the 3/4 sleeves and the drop waist effect of the leather trim. It’s great for cocktail occasions {which happen almost never for me these days}. It’s been sitting in my closet since the beginning of the year! I decided to get some more mileage out of it by dressing it down. Freebird Caballero ankle boots, a jean jacket and oversized bag did the trick. I loved it, and am already of dreaming of ways to pair it with this sweater I recently bought on Poshmark.
