I could say that I really wanted these bomb.com floral heels to steal the show, but the truth is that I am in DESPERATE need of doing laundry and all that’s left are the basics. The leftovers. The things that make you stand in front of your closet and go hmmm. So this is what we ended up with.
Print mixing tips:
This is a good beginners’ outfit for print mixing. If you’re intrigued by the concept, but think that mixing prints is just a little too out there, try this option before you dismiss it completely! Pick your main print as one that is low contrast and/or a smaller print. That way, it’ll serve more as a neutral and feel less overwhelming. Then add a pop of color or a bold flashy print in a smaller dose, like these floral heels. Work appropriate, but still lots of fun!
