I’ve been known to rock the occasional head scarf over the years. It started when I chopped off my hair and went for bangs; I was feeling free and “edgy” and I wanted a way to even further rock my daring cut. And here’s a more updated version. But now I think I’m on a full-fledged turban kick. What can I say? Maybe it’s the hippie in me coming out, or the need to cover up this hair as it’s hitting a low point in the grow out phase. Now to find and acquire the perfect one…

I think fashion turbans are insanely amazing, but my hair lacks the volume to make them look cool. I just look… housewifey.
Well, I’m definitely taking a risk slash possibly wasting money by buying one, but I ended up going with black faux leather. True story. Hah!
The turbans are fun, but only work on a few people. The straight-across small ones work on more people. Good luck finding the perfect one.
