Blame it on closing in on a decade of city living: I’ve never spent more than a couple minutes in a Home Goods in my life. My world got rocked this weekend. As my previous tweet suggests, I could have furnished an entire house out of the contents of this store. OMG.
This chair was on sale for $125. The perfect accent chair for my new living room, much? {I tried to class-up the subpar imagery by rounding the corners for you.} If you’re in the Fresno area, please swoop up this chair before someone else does!
I would love to see it in my living room side by side with this cutie {hard to tell, but a light gray with nailhead trim}:
Despite the manymany lovely and inexpensive pieces of furniture, I walked away with only three pieces. I got the cutest kelly green tea kettle, this lamp {in white and coral, FTW!}
Please note the mint-y walls in the background and refer back to my coral inspiration post. And I got this guy:
His name is Sigmund. I have absolutely no idea where he is going to go, but he is ceramic, bronze, and fabulous. And that’s enough for me.
{P.S. that lamp was only $18!!}

did you name sigmund yourself? I think we’re going to be great friends, he and I.
YES, Home Goods is the best store for decorating your apartment on a budget! When I lived in Rocklin, I would literally go here with my sister twice a week to see what new amazing items they had! Now that I live in the bay, I don’t even know where one is 🙁 Tragic.
Love Sigmund! lol. Home Goods is dangerous…i cannot go in there without spending $!
