Little Lessons on a Tuesday

1. If you want to see 30×30 done right, check out the O.G. {yes, that’s original gangster}. I am obsessing over looks 9 & 20, but let’s be honest…I’d take everything in this girl’s closet and run! Too cute.
2. I’ve always had a minor obsession with Texas. Back in the day I considered grad school in Austin and I STILL really want to go and see what it’s all about! Plus, if you watch flip this house, you know that real estate is hella cheap in Texas.
3. We might have found a new roomie! {fingers crossed, please…it was so painless that it’s kind of hard to believe it might work out!}
4. I am waiting on sending my xmas cards out because I have this vision of some really rad labels I want to make. And as I’m writing this, I realized I know the perfect person to help me make them! Abbs, are you reading?!
5. I LOVE getting emails from readers. Totally makes my day.
6. Breaking up is hard to do: telling the truth can be really scary, especially when it might hurt someone. It does feel good though to know that I am okay with just me.
7. People hate on recipe collectives because it’s a form of old school chain letters. Yeah, remember those? I got a lot of good recipes out of the swap I did recently, though. Now it’s on me to: 1. respond and say thanks and 2. actually make some good home cooked food! Who wants to come over for dinner?
8. I really enjoy writing product reviews. Seriously. I haven’t put up my new headboard yet, but I can’t wait to write the review & post pics!
9. I wish I had amazing graphic design skills. {see point 4, above.}
10. Someone told me recently that I was a little bit Southern, and I almost died a little bit on the inside. Pretty much the greatest compliment, ever. I know, I know.
