Little Lessons on a Tuesday

by Kate Franco on May 3, 2011 · 2 comments

  1. I very rarely wish I had a car, but this weekend was one of those times. Nick and I did have a good time trekking through the city though, and then rewarding ourselves with ice cold pepsis. Plus, the weather was perfection.
  2. I never knew that taking vitamins on an empty stomach was bad for you, and never equated the stomachache with the vitamin-taking. good to know. {Ah, one little thing to make my life easier.}
  3. People laugh at the idea of me camping. {and, after looking up camping images on Pinterest, I can now also appreciate “luxury camping” and “indoor camping”. um.}
  4. Sexiest thing ever? I got a night guard this week. Oh, baby.
  5. Super Mario on Wii is waaaay harder than any Mario game we played growing up. Swear.
  6. I like buying stuff for other people. It’s very satisfying, no?
  7. Days I’m looking forward to this month: Pilates Day {May 7th}, Limerick Day {May 12th}, Geek + Nerd Pride Day {May 25th}. See more here.
  8. I wish I had a sunnier disposition.
  9. I love Bethanny and Jason. Such a funny, real relationship. That show is endlessly entertaining to me.
  10. Saving the most important for last…I need advice on getting incorporated. If you have any insight or if you’ve been through the process, please comment! I need all the help I can get!

#2 Yes, the iron causes problems on an empty stomach. I remember as a kid one time taking a vitamin on an empty stomach, getting nauseous and then getting sick. My mom reminded me you had to eat with them. Bleh.
#4 Dentists have been coming up with ways to make them smaller and smaller though! The one I have now is nothing like the first one. Kyle has an LLC on a duplex he owns.. I’ll ask if he needed a lawyer to do that.
