I am still learning to be me. But in the last 6 months I have grown so much that I have grown in ways I didn’t even know I needed to. It’s been incredibly satisfying. In parallel, my style {as you might imagine} is also evolving. These are my new personal style guidelines:
1 part boho to remind myself to be light and free
1 part edgy rock to prove that I can kick ass and take names when I need to
a splash of color to keep things exciting
lots of layers because they’re practical AND interesting
and a dash of irreverence because that’s truly me.
This look gets it!
Do you struggle with developing your personal style? Is there ever such a thing as TOO MUCH when it comes to adopting trends?

oh, i am loving that ‘print’/tie dye..
thanks lady!
You look great! I totally understand what you’re saying…finding a style can be so tricky. I need to ask myself if something is ‘me’ …sometimes figuring out what I don’t like is easier.
aw thanks! yes, i agree. the other thing i’ve done is really latched onto something i like and figured out how to add elements of it into my existing style. i always like a good challenge
Absolutely stunning, the vest is perfect (I think you wore it last time I saw you), the boho dyed dress and that BAG..omg.
Love that bag! Your hair is getting so long, and I keep cutting mine.

I absolutely love this look and I love the “recipe” behind it! You are one of the style blogger who I truly look up to because you are always 100% true to your personal style no matter what else is going on.
And, no, I do not think that there is “TOO MUCH” when adopting trends. Just in thinking.
