From #marchphotoaday…thought I would share the recipe, too! There are two things I love about smoothies:
- You probably pretty much can’t mess it up!
- As a person with all kinds of dietary restrictions, it’s been an awesome way to get nutrients in a format that is easier for my body to process.
Personally, I think Quinton’s are better than mine {probably owing to the fact that he uses a homemade brazil nut milk…no big deal…and a lotta love} but this was a good first run!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rasberries {fresh}
- 1/2 cup blackberries {fresh}
- 1/4 cup sliced banana {frozen}
Topped with:
- a handful of baby spinach
- a sprinkle of flaxseed
- a drizzle of agave nectar
Give it a quick spin in the blender and you’ve got yourself breakfast!
