Well-Traveled

I’d just like to say that shorts and boots get my every time.

In recent months I’ve developed a nasty Pinterest habit called impulse buying, a result of being disappointed time and time again by items featured on Pinterest that are no longer available. Now if I love something and it’s available in my size I pull the trigger.

These shorts were 4 clicks: Go to retailer’s site, select size, click buy, click Paypal. Done. Pass Go, collect $200, no questions asked. Scary Easy.

Well, I didn’t hear from the retailer for a couple of weeks after order confirmation. Odd. Then one day out of the blue I received tracking…in Chinese! {!!} You guys, these shorts came straight from Hong Kong. Hah! Wooooops.

Head to Toe: Karen Walker Perfect Day sunglasses, StyleMint Hudson top, House of Harlow 1960 Antler ring, Vintage eel skin clutch, Romwe floral shorts, DV by Dolce Vita Jameson Booties {new obsession}

Whoa, that IS scary! I have a little impulse habit myself. They are really cute shorts if that’s any consolation. LOVE that you embrace your curly hair and give tips for styling – curly hair is definitely a challenge but it’s great once you learn how to just go with it.

Curly hair is a challenge! Lucky for us that products have come a long way since the 90s when the only items available were gel and mousse!
