So, I didn’t bring much with me to Palm Springs: some cutoffs, tanks and lots of bathing suits. The backdrop was seriously stunning, and few pictures seemed to be in order. We were a regular ol’ roaming gang of fashion bloggers — the locals seemed to get a kick out of it, we got a lot of waves and even a thumbs up. Cute!
About my top: The Hamsa is an intercultural and interfaith symbol that represents power, strength and protection for the owner. This talismanic symbol’s positive energy brings good fortune, happiness, and prosperity to those who wear it. The combined power elicited by the eye placed within the Hamsa symbol defends the wearer from harm caused by negative energies such as the Evil Eye. The exact origin of the Hamsa is unknown, yet for such a mysterious amulet, it commands vast reverence.
