Some quick snaps of my new favorite skirt ever, and a {new-to-me} All Saints leather top that was purchased for $19. Both via Poshmark. True story. I just can’t help but love shredded and distressed denim. Go ahead and call me basic.
The jean skirt was another trend I was determined to avoid — something about jean skirts reminds me of spaghetti strap tanks, platform flip flops and Smirnoff Ice. Ah, the early college years. But, the distressed denim skirt {high waisted and pencil, no less} is something I can really get behind. I’ve been living in this thing. Wearing it a couple times a week, at least. The latest incarnation is with sneakers — my modern day power suit.

I love the basics! I find that I’m definitely lookingvfir classic pieces to add to my wardrobe this season. On my list are black jeans and a leather jacket!
