- I find the Real Housewives of Atlanta addictive.
- My hair is starting to get pretty long {yay!} & I’m excited about some new styles that my stylist wants to try out. I actually had some success this past weekend with a wavy hair style. {In my mind I looked like this.}
- A Charlie Brown Christmas gets me every time.
- Seeking recommendations on what kind of camera to get. I am looking for a DSLR to use primarily for the blog, but the one that has been highly recommended to me is a little out of my price range. I’d like to keep in around $500 if possible.
- This is the most last minute I have ever been on christmas shopping & it’s 50/50 on whether or not I will even get xmas cards out. Man, that feels terrible! Are New Year’s cards an option?

- The camera doesn’t lie. After finally trying on my 2 NYE options, I DEFINITELY know which one I’m going to wear. Thanks for your input! {Does anyone else take test pictures? Just to see what things really look like on?}

- I have a subscription to Newsweek, but I only actually get to about one issue a month. I really want to read the other ones! In fact I have a hard time throwing them out. I’ll let them pile up for a couple months and then reluctantly recycle them.
- I am re-reading the Wrinkle in Time series…taking a break from my current trilogy because I haven’t bought The Girl Who Played With Fire yet.

Also, after Thanksgiving, the T2i was discounted another $50 on Amazon. I am waiting until after Christmas to see if they run another special.

I have the Canon Rebel XSi, and totally love it. It’s a perfect first SLR and right at your price point.

By the way, I just got a Canon S95 after meeting many other bloggers who use it. It’s small but still takes professional photos. The Canon G10 is great as well, but a bit bigger.
