- Annual holiday party with the girls resulted in the most impromptu, legitimate, uplifting rendition of Wilson Phillips “hold on”. It was pure happiness. Girl power!
- 6 week shopping hiatus started last Wednesday. I usually do a 4 week challenge, so adding 50% to that should be interesting. Be prepared for a lot more lust lists as I ease my shopping woes!
- Avoid social comparison.
- Currently averaging 1 workout/week. Better than 0…
- Currently discovering a lot of new-to-me blogs through twitter. I’m loving it!
- I have *always* been terrible with change. Up this week: best friend moving, and a new roommate.
- I am overwhelmed with the show of sincerity, love and support from this weekend’s holiday party.
- Settling in to my new ‘d0 and loving it. The color makes my skin look warmer. Not washed out at all, the way I was feeling before.
- People who treat marriage as a secret society or a club make me crazy. {eye roll.}
- I don’t know why I lose respect for bloggers when they move out of careers into full-time blogging because you think it would be the opposite. I do find small business fascinating though, and sometimes it sounds splendid! I bet my blog would be 4 times as nice if I could spend 40 hours a week on it instead of 10. This is in direct conflict with #3. Oh, the irony.
